We are hiring energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Sr Engineer-Planning & Billing at Meil Megha Engineering And Infrastructure Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities for Sr Engineer-Planning & Billing:

  1. Developing project plans and schedules based on customer requirements and company goals.
  2. Overseeing and monitoring project progress, ensuring it is in line with project timelines and budget.
  3. Preparing cost estimates, bill of materials, and budget reports for all project activities.
  4. Liaising with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  5. Coordinating with project team members to ensure that all aspects of the project are on schedule and on budget.
  6. Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
  7. Providing regular reports on project progress and communicating any issues to management.
  8. Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase project efficiency and quality.
  9. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Skills Requirements for Sr Engineer-Planning & Billing:

  1. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
  5. Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and practices.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Familiarity with contract management and billing processes.
