We Royal Tulip Hotel, Navi Mumbai is looking for for a well-dressed, courteous Front Office Executive to greet visitors, manage online and telephone reservations, and verify payment methods during check-in. With visitors and other hotel workers, you should maintain a cheerful and professional demeanour.
To be effective as a hotel front office employee, you should provide customers with general information about the hotel and surrounding area, as well as remain current on local attractions.
Responsibilities of Front Office Executive:
- Checking guests in and out.
- Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
- Verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in.
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
- Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
- Providing guests with information about the hotel.
- Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
- Serving as a host at conferences, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.
Requirements:
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Front Office Executive, Supervisor or relevant role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
- Competency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have flexible hours.
