We are hiring energetic, passionate and experienced candidates at Hotel Marine Plaza, Mumbai for the following Positions:
1. Purchase Manager / Assistant Purchase Manager
– Must have 5 to 6 years of experience in 4 to 5 Star Hotel.
2. Indian (Curry) & Tandoor – CDP
– Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in a branded hotel or restaurants.
3. Commi I – Indian and Tandoor
– Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in a branded hotel or restaurants.
4. Continental – CDP
– Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in a branded hotel.
5. Bakery/ Pastry – Pastry CDP
– Must have 7 to 9 years of experience in a branded hotel.
6. DCDP – Bakery / Pastry
– Must have 4 to 5 years of experience in a branded hotel or restaurants.
7. Commi I – Bakery / Pastry
– Must have 3 to 4 years of experience in a branded hotel or restaurants.
8. Commis II – Bakery / Pastry
– Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a branded hotel or restaurants.
9. Cold kitchen Commis I
– Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a branded hotel or restaurants.
Candidates from Mumbai or nearby cities are also invited to apply. Accommodation is not provided. Candidates having degree/ diploma in hotel management would be preferred.
