We Reliance Retail is hiring energetic, dynamic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Assistant Store Manager.
Roles and responsibilities of assistant store manager:
1.Sales
*Responsible for achieving the monthly and annual sales targets as planned.
*Responsible for effective conversion of walk in customers.
*Responsible for managing the team at the showroom to increase conversion.
*Responsible for Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business information and plan actions.
*Identify target accounts and working with management, achieve specific goals for closing new business.
*Responsible for maintaining the necessary reports, metrics and database.
2.Ambience
*Responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the Store as per the organizations brand requirement.
*Responsible for Visual merchandising at the showroom.
*Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness at the showroom.
3.Inventory
*Responsible for ensuring the availability of stock as per market demand.
*Collaborate with warehouse to ensure the availability of stock.
Desired Skill:
Good leadership
Strong customer-facing and communication
Customer service orientation
The ideal candidate would have 5+ plus years of experience in handling Store Operations.
Education
UG :Any Graduate
PG :Any Postgraduate
