Overview

We are hiring an energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Civil Engineer at DMIA LAND (INDIA) PVT. LTD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and overseeing construction projects, such as High way and infrastructure.
  2. Conducting feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.
  3. Preparing and reviewing engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
  4. Evaluating project requirements and developing cost estimates and project schedules.
  5. Managing and supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and regulations.
  6. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project coordination and completion.
  7. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality control.
  8. Analyzing and solving technical problems that arise during the construction process.
  9. Conducting research and staying updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
  10. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards on construction sites.

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Masters in construction management or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.
  3. Proficiency in using engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design and analysis tools.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  7. Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
  8. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permit processes.
  9. Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and sustainability practices.
  10. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
