F&B Team Leader

We Taj Krishna is hiring passionate, energetic, talented and experienced candidate for the position of F&B Team Leader.

Roles & Responsibilities Of F&B Team Leader:

  • Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel.
  • Ensure that SOPs, policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed.
  • Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel.
  • Perform opening and closing of cashier
  • Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks
  • Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity
  • Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed
  • Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Requirements For The Position Of F&B Team Leader:

  • Tertiary education in Tourism / Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
