We Taj Krishna is hiring passionate, energetic, talented and experienced candidate for the position of F&B Team Leader.
Roles & Responsibilities Of F&B Team Leader:
- Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.
- Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel.
- Ensure that SOPs, policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed.
- Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel.
- Perform opening and closing of cashier
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks
- Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity
- Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized
- Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
Requirements For The Position Of F&B Team Leader:
- Tertiary education in Tourism / Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good interpersonal and customer services skills
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
