Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Executive. The Front Office Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and support at the hotel’s front desk.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  3. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  4. Manage guest reservations, including room bookings, cancellations, and modifications, utilizing the hotel’s reservation system.
  5. Respond to guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, following established procedures and protocols.
  9. Prepare daily reports and maintain records of guest interactions, payments, and other relevant information.
  10. Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.
  11. Uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and hospitality standards.
  12. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  3. Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and hotel management systems.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest transactions and information.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  8. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  9. Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
