We are hiring energetic, passionate and experienced candidate for the position of Guest Service Associate at The Lalit Jaipur.

Duties and Responsibilities of Guest Service Associate:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and amenities
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and resolve any issues to guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest requests for room service, housekeeping, and other amenities and services
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
  • Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area and ensure that all supplies and materials are stocked and readily available
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
  • Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with hotel management software

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or hospitality training preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
