Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya, a prestigious hotel in Jaipur, is seeking a diligent and dedicated Housekeeping Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort for our esteemed guests. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
  • Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, ensuring they are inviting and spotless.
  • Laundry Duties: Manage and handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens and uniforms.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
  • Guest Requests: Promptly respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas to the maintenance department.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special cleaning projects as assigned by the housekeeping manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and good organizational skills.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude, reliability, and a team player mentality.
