Responsibilities of Project Executive:

  1. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.
  2. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
  4. Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
  5. Recommending and approving funding levels and spending plans.
  6. Monitoring occupant satisfaction.Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
  7. Monitoring performance metrics.
  8. Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Project Management – PMI Standards, ASPICE, CAPEX/OPEX Management, Project Cost & Operations Monitori – Automotive experience is mandatory

ASPICE knowledge is preferred
