Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:

- Staff Management:

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to achieve financial goals.

- Marketing and Promotions:

Qualifications:
