Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to Momo Delights in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the dishes and drinks.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Monitor tables and ensure customers’ needs are met, offering timely assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables between guests.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Asian and Tibetan cuisine is a plus.
