  11. Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail or sales is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

  6. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
