We Blue Star Ltd., an Indian multinational home appliances company, is hiring an energetic, passionate, and experienced candidate for the position of Store Dispatch Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities of Store Dispatch Executive:

  • PM Management (Purchase Material Handling)
  • Manage Various Items Records & Physical Stock like Engineering Items, Electrical Items, Mechanical Items, Consumable Items
  • All material and equipment dispatch
  • All material and equipment inward
  • All FG (Finish Goods) storage and organization
  • Transportation Management.
  • Sample tracking & Record Keeping
  • Couriers Tracking & Record Keeping
  • Inventory management through excel sheets.
  • Maintaining GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)
  • Taking follow-up with Customers for Finish Goods dispatch (Via Emails & Phone calls).
  • Maintaining Production Report.
  • Making Material Issue & return Slips.
  • Prepare Min, Max & reordering level of all components.
  • Daily stock verification and material planning.
  • Daily stock statement.
  • To issue of Materials as per production plan day to day to the production department.
  • Material planning & scheduling for Production activities.
  • Monitoring Suppliers rejection materials/ items disposal.
  • Generate Indent and take follow-up to close the indent.
  • Maintain and monitor optimum/ effective inventory levels of raw materials.
  • Knowledge about FIFO, and shelf life items.
  • Knowledge of logistics, & documentation

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience as dispatcher or relevant position
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods (CAD)
  • Fast typing with experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Active listener with excellent communication skills
  • Sound judgement and critical thinking

The Company has manufacturing facilities at Dadra, Himachal Pradesh, Wada and Ahmedabad, which use modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to ensure that the products have consistent quality and reliability. The Company has a manufacturing footprint of about 1 lakh sq m, with the mainstay of product development and R&D being energy-efficiency, coupled with eco-friendly and sustainable products.

Electro-Mechanical Projects and Packaged Air Conditioning Systems

This business segment covers the design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and maintenance of central air conditioning plants, packaged/ducted systems and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, as well as contracting services in electrification, plumbing and fire-fighting. After-sales services such as revamp, retrofit and upgrades also form part of this segment. Blue Star is the largest after-sales AC&R service provider in India, maintaining around 2 million TR of equipment. Its 24x7 call centre handles over 1 million service calls a year. Blue Star is present right from understanding the customer requirement to hassle-free project execution and committed after-sales service i.e. throughout the life cycle of the air conditioning system.

Unitary Products

Blue Star offers a wide variety of contemporary and highly energy-efficient room air conditioners for both residential as well as commercial applications. It also manufactures and markets a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration products and cold chain equipment. Besides, the Company has water purifiers, air purifiers and air coolers in its product portfolio.

For over six decades, Blue Star has been the exclusive distributor in India for many internationally renowned manufacturers of hi-tech professional electronic equipment and services, as well as industrial products and systems. It has carved out profitable niches for itself in most of the specialised markets it operates in, such as Industrial Products and Systems, Non Destructive Testing, Testing Machines, Data Communication Products & Services, Testing and Measuring Instruments and Healthcare Systems. This business is managed by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Star Engineering & Electronics.
